These Terms of Service apply to your use of ShopOraFacePass.com (the “Site”), a Shopify-hosted product catalog, educational resource, and consultation website operated for Ora FacePass. By using the Site, you agree to these terms and the posted Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Current catalog-only status
Online ordering, payment collection, and checkout are not open. Product pages, displayed pricing, availability statements, forms, and educational content are provided for research and inquiry purposes. Submitting a form, requesting pricing, or booking a call does not create an order, reserve inventory, or require either party to complete a transaction.
Quotes and separate agreements
A purchase or project becomes binding only under the written quote, order acknowledgment, invoice, purchase agreement, dealer agreement, or other contract accepted by the applicable parties. That document controls product scope, pricing, taxes, shipping, delivery, installation, returns, warranty, and cancellation for the transaction.
Product information and compatibility
Ora FacePass works to keep catalog information useful, but specifications, software, integrations, finishes, included components, pricing, and availability may change. Images may not reproduce color or scale exactly. Confirm current written specifications and actual door compatibility before purchase, installation, or modification.
Smart-lock suitability depends on the complete opening and use case, including door construction, dimensions, handing, existing hardware, egress, accessibility, fire rating, local code, network conditions, administrator procedures, and privacy requirements. Use qualified professionals where appropriate. Site content is general information and is not engineering, code, legal, security, or installation advice.
Biometric and video features
Organizations and individuals using biometric, access-log, audio, or video features are responsible for determining applicable notice, consent, retention, deletion, employment, tenancy, surveillance, and security requirements. Product features alone do not establish legal compliance. Maintain an appropriate alternative credential and incident-response process.
Permitted use
You may use the Site for lawful research, product evaluation, support, and business inquiry. You may not interfere with the Site, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape or reuse content in violation of applicable law, impersonate another person, submit false information, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, or use the Site to harm others.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the Site’s branding, text, graphics, product materials, and design are owned by or licensed to Ora FacePass and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Limited personal or internal-business review of publicly available content does not transfer ownership or grant a right to reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit that content.
Third-party services and links
The Site is hosted by Shopify and may link to support services, scheduling tools, social networks, manufacturers, dealers, or other third parties. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. Ora FacePass does not control every third-party site and is not responsible for its content, security, availability, or transactions.
No security guarantee
No lock, biometric system, access-control product, network, or website can eliminate every risk. Do not use marketing language or Site content as a guarantee against unauthorized access, spoofing, outage, injury, loss, or legal exposure. Use layered security, appropriate backup access, current documentation, and professional review for the intended environment.
Disclaimers and limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and its general informational content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without a promise that every feature, statement, or link will always be current, complete, uninterrupted, or error-free. Nothing on the Site expands a written product warranty or separate contract. Any limitation or remedy for a purchased product is governed by the applicable transaction documents and law.
Privacy
Personal information submitted through the Site is handled under the posted Privacy Policy and relevant Shopify services. Do not send passwords, payment credentials, government identifiers, biometric templates, or other unnecessary sensitive information through a general inquiry form.
Changes
Ora FacePass may update the Site and these terms as the catalog, services, or e-commerce channel changes. The revision date will identify the current version. Material transaction terms will be provided in the applicable written agreement.
