For faster support, include the lock model, serial number, proof of purchase, installation date, door type and clear photos or video of the issue. Warranty eligibility and exclusions are described in the Ora FacePass Limited Warranty.
Before submitting a project inquiry
- Choose the model you are considering: FP01, FP02 or FP03
- Note the number of doors and whether each door opens left or right
- Measure door thickness, bore/backset or existing multipoint hardware
- Identify any fire-rated doors or code requirements
- Include the desired access methods and deployment timeline
