Ora FacePass FP03 MY26
8-in-1 biometric smart lock for compatible multipoint doors
The Ora FacePass FP03 MY26 combines on-device biometric access and a built-in video doorbell in a multipoint-door format. Pella compatibility must be confirmed for the exact door model and hardware; the brand name alone does not establish fit. Confirm the mortise, multipoint hardware, handing, backset and door measurements before installation.
Eight ways to unlock
Use 3D facial recognition, palm vein, fingerprint, PIN, temporary code, RFID key fob, physical key, or the Ora FacePass mobile app. The FP03 supports up to 250 credentials, stores biometric templates on the device, and triggers an alarm and timed lockout after repeated failures.
Video, app and connectivity
- 2MP video doorbell with color night vision
- Access-triggered recording; not continuous recording
- Two-way intercom and 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi
- Remote access, logs, user management, and scheduled access
Integration planning: Do not assume compatibility with an existing building-access or property-management system. Request current documentation for the exact credential format, connection method, firmware and supported integration before deployment.
Multipoint-door compatibility
The FP03 uses a mortise-style multipoint architecture. Request the current dimensioned installation template and written compatibility confirmation for the exact Pella door model and hardware. Do not use a standard deadbolt drilling template. ANSI/BHMA compliance is not verified by this description.
Power and ratings
- 3,700mAh rechargeable battery; manufacturer estimate of approximately 4–6 months under normal use. Actual life varies with usage, temperature, Wi-Fi conditions and video activity
- Manufacturer-stated IP65; request current model-specific environmental documentation for the intended exposure
- Listing documentation: request applicable FCC records and any BHMA/UL listing identifiers for the exact model and opening. Certification claims are not verified on this page
Fire-rating note: Published materials conflict on fire duration. No fire duration is verified here. Obtain the applicable listing and approved configuration for the exact lock-and-door assembly before specification or modification.
What's included
FP03 lock, mounting screws, key fobs, 3,700mAh battery, accessories box, and quick-start guide.
Warranty
The published limited warranty describes up to 3 years for mechanical and finish components and 2 years for electronics, subject to original-consumer and residential-use conditions; batteries are excluded. Confirm commercial-project coverage and service responsibilities in writing before specification. The public warranty also describes lifetime technical support.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can someone unlock my door with a photo or video of me?
Ora FacePass models use biometric sensing intended to evaluate live facial features, but no biometric system should be treated as infallible. Review the current model documentation, keep an authorized fallback credential, and test the installed system under representative conditions.
Will your facial recognition work in low light or at night?
Performance can vary by model, placement, lighting, weather, enrollment, and user. Review current documentation and test day, night, backlighting, and other conditions at the actual door before relying on the feature.
I have darker skin. Will the facial recognition algorithm still work for me?
Biometric performance should be tested with the people and conditions in the intended deployment. Provide a documented alternative credential for anyone who cannot or does not wish to use facial recognition.
Where is my facial data stored? Is it safe?
Storage and administration can vary by model and software configuration. Request current documentation covering where templates are processed and stored, encryption, administrator access, retention, export, and deletion before enrollment.
What if someone looks like me — like a sibling or twin?
No facial-recognition system can guarantee that every similar-looking person will always be distinguished. Use administrator controls and an appropriate second factor or alternate policy where the risk requires it.
What types of doors is this compatible with?
Compatibility depends on the exact model and opening. FP01 is presented for compatible double-bore doors, FP02 for compatible residential deadbolt preparations, and FP03 for compatible mortise or multipoint applications. Confirm measurements and code requirements before installation.
Can I still use a key or keypad if I want to?
Supported backup methods vary by model and configuration. Review the current product page and confirm which face, fingerprint, PIN, key fob, mobile-app, emergency-power, and mechanical-key options are included.
Is there remote access or admin management?
App, cloud, portal, log, and remote-management functions can vary by model, region, firmware, and project configuration. Request a demonstration of the exact workflow you need before deployment.
How does this compare to competitors?
Compare products using current manufacturer documentation for door fit, credentials, video behavior, connectivity, privacy, warranty, support, and total installed cost. Avoid relying on an unsupported feature or price ranking.
How much does it cost?
Current pricing, availability, included components, and project terms can change. The store is catalog-only; request written pricing through the Product & Project Consultation form.
